“It was another success “, said Mr Thabang Molokomme a creative genius who shouted with joy at the end of 1st Annual South African Creativity Artistic Awards (SACAAs Awards).

Mr. Thabang Molokomme, an award winning best costume designer in theatre hosted the 1st Annual South African Creativity Artistic Awards (SACAAs Awards) together with Mr Buti Maifadi, an international performer nominated by Naledi Awards as best musical choreographer for National Art Festival Naledi in 2019. The South African Creativity Artistic Awards took place on 31st March 2023, at The South African State Theatre.  

There were approximately 25 golden hands trophy and 10 silver hands trophy in a box. Legends such as Dr. John Kani, David Tlale, Volley Nchabeleng, David April and others were honored.  

Dr. John Kani who is one of the best pioneers of contemporary theatre in South African saluted Thabang Molokomme, a young man who is soon turning 28 for South African Creativity Artistic Awards (SACAAs).

South African Creativity Artistic Awards (SACAAs) is the first in the history of South Africa that honours the behind the scenes in both television and theatre and it is classifies as one of the best genius ideas in the entertainment industry. For that we Salute Thabang Molokomme a guru in the art industry.  

Thabang Molokomme the founder of Tshwane Fashion Week, Pheli Bev Festival, Tshwane local talent awards as well as South African Creativity Artistic Awards( SACAAs), says it is a great honor to celebrate the behind the scenes on their special day for the first time in the history of theatre and television.  

“We look forward to 2nd Annual Tshwane Fashion Week which is inspired by David Tlale”, said Mr Thabang Molokomme.
